Rainoil Limited is currently recruiting accross 21 States in Nigeria for the Positions of Station Supervisors. We were incorporated in November 1994 and commenced business as an Oil Marketing Company in the downstream sector of the Oil and Gas Industry in May 1997. From very humble beginnings with one Service Station in 1999 with which we entered into a Bulk Purchase Agreement with NNPC as an Independent Petroleum Products Marketing company, we have grown to a group of subsidiary companies with substantial investments in the following areas of the Downstream Operations: Tank Farm Operations, Jetty Services, Haulage/Distribution and Retail Outlets Operation.
We are an integrated Oil and Gas company operating in the Downstream sector with a considerable national spread.
Our retail business is fast growing and we seek dynamic and resourceful people to fill the vacant positions of Station Supervisors in the South South, Middle Belt and Nothern Regions

The Job
Station Supervisor assists Retail Outlet Manager in the day to day running of the retail outlets and ensure customers are served efficiently.
Qualification / Experience
- OND with at least 2 years experience in a similar role
- A credit pass in English and Mathematics at SSCE is a must have

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Summary
- Assist in the achievement of defined corporate sales target in assigned sector (Financial Services) and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Adhere to periodic sales plan for assigned sector
- Manage/ maintain assigned corporate accounts while ensuring acquisition of new customers and overall achievement of assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records/ documentation for assigned sector including prospect sheets, customer database and funnel analyses
- Possess detailed technical knowledge of specifications and usage of Etisalat Nigeria's product spectrum
- Identify new sales prospects (in assigned sector) and develop periodic prospect lists to facilitate customer sourcing for the attention of the Manager-Corporate Sector (Financial Services)
- Ensure sales administrators in assigned sector consistently adhere to standard customer service policies in their interactions with assigned customers
- Process customer orders and follow up with Distribution personnel to ensure prompt product delivery in line with organizational policies
- Log and address customer complaints, escalate appropriate issues, and follow up with relevant personnel to ensure proper resolution
- Liaise with relevant unit/ team/ function in carrying out all relevant activities
- Attend team/ divisional/ departmental meetings as required and assist in the preparation of relevant presentations and proposals
- Provide guidance and manage the performance of subordinates
- Prepare/ compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager-Corporate Sector (Financial Services)
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager-Corporate Sector (Financial Services)

• Ensure full compliance with telecommunications license provisions, sector regulations and competition laws.

• Handle all customer requests for service successfully, fault reports and billing queries.

• Escalate and troubleshoot customer queries and complaints.
• Conduct research on potential customers and their disposable income on communication using the data mining system.
• Perform continuous analysis of the relevant industry, to identify new prospects or opportunities for the corporate sales department.
• Increase company revenue by daily prospecting for new clients and creating more business opportunities from existing clients.Job Conditions:
