- Maintain cordial relationships with all stakeholders in host communities within the Cell Site/Base Station location and leverage on all existing relationships achieve the company?s objectives.
- Conduct surveys for proposed sites to assess and determine suitability of locations and minimize/ avoid community related issues
- Evaluate prospective cities, towns and communities identified for build, make recommendations in line with best practice and in the company?s interest
- Identify all issues (Community and non-community) and work within company procedures and guidelines to resolve them within agreed timelines.
- Create and maintain database on all community related issues
- Ensure all stakeholders Radio, Transmission, Site Acquisition, Rollout, Legal and Finance teams are aware of all community related issues
- Initiate and carry out dialogues, meetings, negotiations where necessary on behalf of the organization to resolve issues relating to roll-out and post roll out operations in host communities
- Provide input in the development/modification (where necessary) into company procedure and guideline regarding community relations issues.
- Ensure due diligence and integrity is employed at the discussion and all dispute resolutions
- Ensure agreed terms with the Communities and obtain necessary sign-offs on the sites by the communities are done in line with agreed service level agreement
- Identify opportunities for developing communities and advise all relevant stakeholders within and outside the company on programmes that can be conducted to improve the situations
- Ensure proper implementation of all approved community development programs by the company.
- Maintain relationships with host communities after sites are integrated, promote company image at all times through implementation of all initiatives and programs that strengthen Etisalat Nigeria?s position within the host communities.
- Create a ranking of spots in all areas planned for build for community issues, reference the areas against the database for community issue and present report on status of issues to management
- Inform, educate and communicate with the host communities on the benefits of locating BTS?s in their domain and providing first hand answers to issues that they may face.
- Perform any duties as assigned by the Manager, Government Relations

- Utilize analytics software and other tools to correctly gauge the impact of digital marketing efforts and to provide historical data
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, website and social media content, and to optimize user experience as needed
- Developing and managing a variety of digital marketing campaigns and techniques
- Creation and execute SMS and Email based marketing campaigns
- Perform research on online marketing, social media and emerging technologies with the aim of improving and strengthening the Company's digital marketing efforts
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

Branding & Multimedia Management:

- Managing and redesigning of the company website.
- Develop and implement a front line online presence by strategically positioning the company's website content
- Manages the website by posting and reviewing contents. Also ensures content is accurate and timely
- Ensures that the website retains all brand attributes and reach the interest of identified key audiences.
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
- Maintain direct correspondence with intranet users using email, bulletin boards and chat.
- Produce a consistent visual image on the company's websites by promoting uniform fonts, formatting, icons, images, and layout techniques.
- Monitor and report on website traffic statistics on a weekly basis
Social Media Management:
- Continuously review and manage content on RusselSmith's website(s), social media accounts and other online assets and ensure that they are constantly updated with fresh and dynamic content by seeking out new copy, imagery, audio and video materials
- Plan and execute all web, SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Create online presence via professional social media (LinkedIn, facebook, twitter etc.)
- Execute Search Engine Optimization on RusselSmith's web assets on a continuous basis in order to improve RusselSmith's search rankings in Nigeria and other regions
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Departmental Reports- Generate the required weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually reports and presentations.
- To provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support to all departments.

Job Description
- The Legal Officer will provide legal services to the Institute and manage the secretariat of the Institute's board.
Essential Functions
The Legal Officer shall be responsible for:
- Provide legal advice/opinion on various issues relating to the Institute and its subsidiaries
- Undertake legal research and legal interpretation of all relevant laws including the Institute's staff, financial and other internal regulations
- Prepare agreements and other legal instruments as well as memoranda and correspondences
- Review all agreements and legal documents, which may create legal obligation for the Institute
- Oversee the registration and verification of contractors and consultants for the institute
- Work with external solicitors on cases involving the Institute
- Update the Institute's details with relevant regulatory authorities when necessary
- Handle matters related to the board of directors and secretariat.
- Handle matters related to the reflection of structural changes of the Institute.
- Provide Legal guidance/advice on various issues such as corporate regulatory compliance, privacy, anti-trust and competition laws, advertising/promotional matters, corporate governance, fiduciary duty, ethics and strategic transactions within the Department of Administration/Institute, including the preparation of memoranda and correspondences.
- Provide corporate policy guidance by providing advice on labor relations, employment law and benefits matters.
- Update the details of the Institute and its subsidiaries at the Corporate Affairs Commission when necessary.
- Coordinate other legal and related matters with external solicitors as may be needed/directed.
- Perform such other administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time by the CEO, COO and or the Director of Administration.
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Candidates should have an LLB, BL with a minimum of second class lower division
- At least 3 years post call experience
- Candidates with LLM may have an added advantage.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to be use initiative (be proactive)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills in English, written/verbal and diplomacy

Purpose Statement

- The goal of this "Graduate Analyst " programme is to attract, develop and train professional finance & accounting talent to give Sahara an edge by accurate monitoring, reporting and partnering business units to strengthen strategic analysis. We have an opportunity for you whatever your numeracy and analytical background.
- A "Graduate Analyst" would work on a number of different duties spanning costing, accounting, business analysis, budgeting and tax within the operating companies of the Group. The programme will be focused on standard internal accounting procedures and your ability to analyze financial documents & data efficiently. This will be supported by a number of rudimentary soft skills training exercises and tasks targeted towards building well-rounded individuals.
- They will receive 'on the job' training and their review process will include the setting of performance objectives against which their progress will be monitored.
- After successfully completion of the programme, successful candidates would perform in any of the following capacities; Financial/ Accounting Analyst, Business Analyst & Risk Analyst with a focus on Energy, and Infrastructure.
- Throughout this programme, they will be supervised by a Talent Manager from our Talent Management department.
Minimum Qualification / Experience
- University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance and any other degree i.e Graduates with a bias for Financial/Business Analysis. (Minimum Second Class Upper).
- ACA or ACCA Certification.
- 0-2 years post-NYSC Experience.
- Maximum age of 26 years as of December 2015.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Knowledge of accounting and financial principles and practices for Business Analysis.
- Experience with accounting packages ( Oracle, SAP, Peachtree).
