    Job Description
    • The CCD is responsible for strategic communication to all Julius Berger stakeholders in order to transmit a credible and ethical corporate image.
    • The communication assistant is part of this team of specialists, which facilitate and support the implementation of communication activities and tools. 
    • The communication assistant plays a vital role in assisting the Head of Department and the department as such in its daily functions.
    • She / he is responsible for the administrative and logistic support of the Department, inclusive of managing team calendars scheduling events or campaigns, processing invoices and the general correspondence.
    • The assistant may be involved in editing and overseeing the design / print of corporate materials such as presentations, newsletter or brochures.

    Requirements
    • University degree in mass communication or related field.
    • A minimum of two years of experiene as a communication asistant in a corporate environment
    • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, further software skills would be an asset
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Self-starter with an interdisciplinary approach, highly organised and detail oriented
    • Able to multitask and work with accuracy in high pressure environments

    • A Candidate should possess an M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology, Biostatics or Public Health.


    5.) Principal Information Officer I  - CONHESS 10
    Requirement

    • A Candidate should possess First degree preferably in Mass Communication, Journalism on the Social Science or English Language from a recognized University and at least 9 years post-qualification cognate experience.
    • Knowledge of Computer and Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) will be added advantage.


    6.) Principal Administrative Officer - CONHESS 10 (Abuja Office)
    Requirement

    • A Candidate should possess a good honour degree in any of the Social Sciences or Humanities with a minimum of 9 years work experiences three of which, should have been spent as a Senior Administration Officer in the service organization.
    • OR of a Master Degree preferably in Public Administrative, any of the Social sciences with not less than 6 years experience in a Research Institute or related service organization.
    • Candidate must have had knowledge of establishment matters, pensions and staff welfare functions as core work schedules in order to qualify for this position. 
    • Knowledge of computer and membership of CIPM/NIM will be added advantage.


    7.) Principal Biomedical Engineer - CONHESS 10
    Requirement

    • A Candidate should possess a B.Sc. degree in Biomedical Engineering from a recognized institution and must have worked in the Medical Research environment for minimum of 9 years.
    • Technical knowledge of all commonly used equipment for medical research will be an added advantage.
    • Must be a registered member of COREN.


    8.) Principal Librarian - CONHESS 10

    Requirement
    A Candidate must posses any of the following qualifications:

    • A degree from a recognized University and a post graduate diploma in Library Studies with at least nine (9) years post qualification cognate experience.
    • A degree in Library Studies plus at least post qualification cognate experience.


    9.) Senior Accountant - CONHESS 09
    Requirement

    • A Candidate should possess a B.Sc degree/HND degree in Accountancy from a recognized University/ other Institutions plus 6 years post-qualification Public/Civil Service experience.
    • The candidate must possess professional qualification in any of the following Accountancy bodies:Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Certified and Corporate Accountants (ACCA), Institute of Cost and management Accountants (ICMA), Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), ANAN.


    10.) Senior Engineer (Electrical) - CONHESS 09
    Requirement

    • A Candidate must posses a good B.Sc (Hons.) degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University
    • A minimum of 3 years Post qualification service experience, three of which should have been spent as an Engineer I in relevant organization.
    • In addition the candidate must demonstrate ability to explain and discuss knowledge of Electrical Engineering and must have been a registered member of COREN.
    • Completion of NYSC is mandatory. 


    11.) Senior Librarian - CONHESS 09

    Requirement
    A Candidate must posses any of the following qualifications:

    • A degree from a recognized University and a post graduate diploma in Library Studies with at least six (6) years post qualification cognate experience,
    • A degree in Library Studies plus at least post qualification cognate experience.


    12.) Senior Research Fellow (Demography) - CONHESS 11
    Requirement

    • A candidate should possess a Ph.D in Demography plus at least 12 publications in peer reviewed Scientific Journals.


    13.) Senior Research Fellow (Medical Sociology) - CONHESS 11
    Requirement

    • A candidate should possess a Ph.D in Medical Sociology plus at least 12 publications in peer reviewed Scientific Journals.


    14.) Commercial Officer I - CONHESS 08

    Requirement
