    I have been obe.se for all my life. I have never known what it is like to feel all those bones in your butt when you sit or explore your body in the shower. I used to be all bul.ges and layers of ugly_fat. With this new_med I started a brand new life. I lost almost 100 p.o.unds (almost 50 k.i.lograms) this winter by DOING NOTHING!
