SABMiller is currently seeking the services of a suitable and qualified graduate for the positions of Packaging Unit Managers. We are in the beer and soft drinks business, bringing refreshment and sociability to millions of people all over the world who enjoy our drinks. Job Description
- Optimise plant and equipment availability
- Optimise process performance
- Translate and implement the manufacturing way in packaging prepare samples
- Manage occupational health, safety, risk and environment
- Manage human resources
- Contribute to team and self development
- Communicate effectively in the workplace
Requirements
- Minimum of B.ENG. in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics
- Good knowledge of best practices in manufacturing
- Analytical and evaluative skills
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a FMCG environment
- 4 years' experience in a managerial role
- Must be computer literate
