Job Description

• Identify viable sales channels within region
• Develop criteria for selection of third-party stockists
• Manage sales representatives, including training, coaching and mentoring, supporting in sales activities, and tracking results
• Maintain relationships with key third-party stockists within region
• Maintain a log/schedule of delivery dates for registered distributors
• Take a periodic inventory products
• Track and trace goods while en-route to their destinations
• Prepare weekly reports of supply-chain activities
• Timeliness in delivery of goods to distributors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in numerate field.
• Minimum of 3 years cognate experience.
• Knowledge in store keeping and distribution.
• Competence in supply chain management.
• Good customer relationship management.
• Sound inventory management experience.
• Excellent negotiation, IT and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
